Winners will be selected based on the number of requests completed. Participants that recorded the highest number of requests completed will respectively win:

Top 1: a set of 2 Rockhal gift vouchers worth 50 euros each

Top 2 to 5 : a set of 2 Rockhal gift vouchers worth 25 euros each

Top 6 to 15: a set of 1 Rockhal gift vouchers worth 25 euros each

Top 15 to 20: a set of 2 Kinépolis cinema vouchers

In the event of a tie, the participant who sent the screenshot of the number of his/her requests first will be selected, the time of sending the e-mail being taken as proof.

1. Download the free Scan4Chem mobile app on Appstore / Google Play;
2. Scan the barcode of daily-life articles and send requests with the app to know if there are any #SVHC;
3. Send us a screenshot of the number of requests done by e-mail at socialmedia@list.lu

Any person over 18 years of age can participate in the Scan4Chem contest: Ready, Scan, Go (the “contest”) organised by LIST in the framework of the European project LifeAskReach. Each person can only participate once.

• At the end of the contest, LIST establishes the list of participants and select the 20 participants with the most information requests sent to manufacturers according to the picture submitted.
• The winner(s) will be contacted by LIST on 09/12/2022 by replying of their application e-mail / private message on Instagram.
• The winner(s) contacted by LIST must acknowledge receipt within 48 hours by replying to LIST e-mail / private message and provide all relevant information. Once this timeframe is elapsed without confirmation from the contacted winner, LIST will select the participant with the number of requests just below in the contest. LIST cannot be held responsible for any problems encountered by the winner(s) in sending the reply.
• The winner(s) will either come to LIST premises [5, Avenue des Hauts-Fourneaux L-4362 Esch-sur-Alzette] or give LIST their postal address in order to receive their winning prizes.
• Prizes will be available within 30 business days from the time the participant acknowledges receipt of the LIST private message. LIST cannot be held responsible for any additional delays due to delivery services and/or prize suppliers as well as shipping problems.
• The participant is responsible for the use of the prize following the conditions of the supplier.

Participation in the contest implies the participant's adherence to the rules of this contest available on AskREACH Luxembourg.

By participating in the contest, the participant expressly authorizes LIST to contact the winner by via their Instagram account and/or e-mail.

Any participant may request the withdrawal of his/her participation from LIST at any time during the contest by writing to socialmedia@list.lu with the subject “Scan4Chem competition: cancellation” and specifying his/her Instagram account and/or e-mail.

Participation to the contest is free of charge. At no point, LIST will require any payment or purchase for taking part to this contest.

By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge and accept that:

The Scan4Chem competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram and/or the prizes suppliers.Instagram and the prizes suppliers cannot be held responsible for the contest process. Submitting an entry to the competition constitutes an acceptance of Instagram Terms of Use as well as the terms and conditions of the prize's suppliers.

LIST reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and suspend or cancel the competition. It is the participant’s responsibility to consult these Terms and Conditions regularly. In the event that one or more provisions of this regulation are, or are deemed to be, invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of this regulation shall not be affected thereby.

LIST accepts no responsibility for images or messages that are lost, corrupted, or incorrectly submitted, howsoever that may occur. LIST will under no circumstances be liable for any loss, harm, damage, or personal injury to the participants or third parties nor to property, caused or suffered in connection with the participation to the competition. LIST cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by participants in taking part in this exercise.

The competition and any question relating to the interpretation of its rules shall be governed by to Luxembourgish law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

If a participant does not agree with these Terms and conditions or withdraws his/her participation, he/she will automatically be disqualified.

Entries that fail to comply with these Terms and conditions may be disqualified by LIST without prior notification.

If you have a complaint, please send your message to socialmedia@list.lu with the subject "Scan4Chem competition: complaint" and specifying your account’s name / your e-mail adress.

LIST, in his role of Data Controller, shall process personal data of the Participant in accordance with Regulation (EU) n° 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR".

Within the framework of the competition, LIST will only collect the following personal data of the participant (hereinafter, “you”): full name, e-mail, screenshot sent by e-mail to take part into the contest, postal address of the winner(s) if necessary. Their data are solely processed for the execution of the competition and will be deleted after all the prizes have been assigned.

Your data will not be shared with any third party. Partners to the Project may only have access to anonymous aggregated and statistical data about the participation rate to the contest. Moreover, access to your personal data is strictly limited to LIST’s employees who are authorised to process them based on their professional role.

LIST puts in place all necessary measures to ensure that your data are kept secure and confidential, in order to prevent their damage, erasure or access by unauthorised third parties.
 

In accordance with the GDPR, you may access your personal data and obtain the rectification or deletion of inaccurate or incomplete data. In certain cases, and in accordance with GDPR, you may have the right to limit the processing, object to it or request the portability of your data.   

These rights may be exercised by sending an email to the DPO of LIST via the following email address: dpo@list.lu.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (hereinafter "CNPD", website: cnpd.public.lu/fr.html) if you consider that a processing of your personal data constitutes a violation of the GDPR.

A complaint concerning the processing of personal data by the Institute can also be filed with the National Commission for Data Protection.
